Postpartum Doula Support
Postpartum is a whirlwind of healing, emotion, and learning. As your doula, I am here to support you through it all with compassion and understanding.
I become an extra set of hands wherever you need them most. That might mean caring for your baby while you rest, tending to household tasks, or spending time with older siblings so you can bond without distraction. I am someone you can talk through your birth experience with, someone who understands and listens without judgment.
I provide gentle guidance with latch and nursing and can connect you with trusted IBCLCs for additional support if needed. Each visit includes a nourishing meal, giving you one less thing to think about as you focus on healing, resting, and connecting with your baby.
You do not have to navigate this season alone.

Those first hours and days with your baby are a blur of wonder, exhaustion, and overwhelming love. Fresh 48 sessions preserve this fleeting chapter.
I will come to your hospital room or your home sometime in the first few days after birth to gently document the beauty of new beginnings. Tiny features, first snuggles, siblings meeting baby for the very first time. The raw, honest magic of becoming a new or bigger family.
There is no pressure to pose or perform. Your only job is to simply be together. I focus on capturing the truth of this season exactly as it is, so you can remember the weight of those first cuddles, the softness of newborn skin, and the tenderness that fills the room.
